Our service doesn’t stop after the sale…

Yesterday we stopped by our client’s office, Dr. Danielle Lucien, as the finishing touches are nearing completion on her new location.  There are many factors that go into the purchase of commercial property; Jim’s financial and banking expertise is a plus in helping our clients analyze costs and negotiate terms.  This sale closed during the pandemic and then the built-out began.

Even after the sale, we strive to continue a high level of customer service through our networking connections and marketing.  Here Jim is reviewing the architectural drawings and permits, getting ready to meet Ken Marshall, the builder.  In just a few weeks, Dr. Danielle Lucien will be ready to open and we will gladly help spread the word!
